Traditional Kegel exercises require you to squeeze both sides of your vaginal walls at the same time. You then hold each contraction for 5 seconds.
It is suggested that each time a session is done, it should consist of 100 contractions- holding each contraction for 5 seconds. Each session of 100 can be from 30-40 minutes to complete.
